High Tide is about keeping your head above water. 

The castaway isn’t a creature of the sea, but she’s been treading water for so long that she’s forgotten how to stand. 

You’ve been in your own mind for so long that you don’t know which way is up. Maybe it’s been weeks, maybe months, or maybe it’s been like this for as long as you can remember. It will take a lot of work to learn how to stand on your land legs again, let alone walk or run. But it’ll be worth it.
